Danvers Family Doctors Concierge Medicine Program redefines the patient experience by delivering personalized, proactive patient care designed around you – not around paperwork or wait times. With a limited patient panel and enhanced access, your health becomes the priority it deserves to be.
How It Works
Patients pay an annual membership fee of $5000 (or $416.67/mo), which may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement. This fee covers all concierge-level primary care services and enhanced excess. While we operate outside of traditional insurance for physician compensation, patients remain responsible for any copays, deductibles or additional procedures and imaging billed through insurance. For Medicare patients, a secondary insurance is recommended to cover the cost of specialty care.

Enjoy same-day or next-day appointments and a direct line to your care team Monday through Friday 8AM to 7PM. In some cases, 24/7 physician availability is offered for urgent needs.

We go beyond the basic with personalized wellness plans, preventative screenings (including alternative lab options for cancer detection), and daily monitoring for conditions like high blood pressure through our Optimize Health program.
