Sara is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who worked at a family practice in Portsmouth, NH for two years prior to joining the DFD team. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 from Clemson University. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in New Hampshire for five years specializing in medical/oncology and then interventional cardiology. She then went on to complete a Master degree in Nursing from MCPHS University (formerly known as Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences) in 2015.

Sara believes in an integrative approach to patient-centered care with particular interests in cardiac medicine, women’s health, and caring for the entire family across the lifespan.
